Trackside AI Systems is operated by William Wasenmiller as a sole proprietor. These terms cover text messages and services provided through Trackside AI Systems.

Services. Trackside provides automated customer communication, lead response and scheduling tools for automotive service businesses. Messages may include service information, the business's approved pricing, appointment availability, booking confirmations and related follow-ups. Prices and availability come from each business, which is responsible for honoring them.

Text messaging. By texting a business that uses Trackside, you agree to receive text replies about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. After you opt out, you will not receive automated messages unless you start a new conversation. Reply HELP or email tracksideaisystems@outlook.com for help.

Automated and AI-assisted replies. Some replies are generated by an AI assistant using the business's approved information. It may be wrong, and it routes some requests, such as discounts, complaints and special requests, to a person at the business. Do not use text messaging for emergencies.

Delivery. Text delivery depends on mobile carriers and networks outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Business customers. A separate written agreement governs any business that subscribes to Trackside.

Privacy. Your use of these services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Changes. We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
